Перспективи громадського регіонального мовлення в контексті політичних трансформацій суспільства

Abstract

Taking the specific of broadcasting of televisional studios state on a form a propert, and which always will require certain state support, into account, forming in Ukraine of the system of public media. A situation is also analysed in the sphere of private television, in particular opacity and concentration processes. The examples of functioning of the public broadcasting of countries of Europe are resulted, including, experience of Poland, which we will consider appropriate for research from the Ukrainian prospect.
