Спільне і відмінне у процесі конституції політичної і соціальної систем у післяреволюційних Угорщині та Україні: історіологія, структура, кратологія

Abstract

On comparative material from social and political history of Hungary and Ukraine the mechanism of consti-tuting of opened by an author conformity to the law is exposed: in the history that nations which once succeeds to create the valuable social and political systems in a country are self-sufficient. It is led to, that it can be the synthesis history of the protracted flowline in the given country of two difference processes, – social-creative and state-creative. Creation of civil society as kernels of frame of society and legal state as kernels of the politi-cal system – are result of positive completion of each of them. In a debatable order an interrogative problem is developed: are the political and social systems there by the independent phenomenons, or they – «opposite elements» of political sphere of society in the given country? It is explored historiology of contiguous origin and intercommunicating development of the political and social sys-tems in Hungary from «Gold bulla» by king Endro ІІ Arpad (in 1222) to the threshold of velvet revolution 1989. It is exposed – basic, in opinion of author, – close no the completions in Ukraine frame of society and exagger-ated privileges in behalf of the too strong political system.
