| Abstract: | The article is dedicated to analyzing modern constitutionalism, which is implemented in Central and Eastern Europe. The author advised the study of parliamentary government powers as the determinants that can make additional adjustments to the classification of political systems. The article also shows an indicative index filling of the parliamentary powers on the example of parliamentary and semi-presidential countries in Central and Eastern Europe. |
