Проаналізовано складові кожної систем та визначено їхні базові елементи. Тhе аrtісІе deals with the definition of the terms and establishment of correlation between the system of international law and the international legal system. lt demonstrates the systematic character of international law. Additionally, it analyzes the components of each system and attempts to determine their basic elements. |
