| Abstract: | In this article president`s power in the European countries, USA and Ukraine are analysed by the means of indicators system. The impact of parliament majority on the president positioning in the semi-presidential countries is defined. The author proved that in the process of political evolution in the European countries exsits one main trend – process of political evolution from the semi-presidentional to the parlamentary forms. |
