С. Шелухін про реалізацію основних складових державотворчого процесу в Україні

Abstract

The thesis concretizes the main aspects of S.Shelukhin’s thory of state building – people, territory, power, and determines the principles of their realization – democracy and republican traditions. The content federative concept has also been analyzed. It has been found that S.Shelukhin’s social and political views didn’t become less urgent. They can be used by the bodies of state power, political parties, public organizations in the process of developing independent Ukraine, the formation of democratic and legal society.
