| Abstract: | Though national problems didn’t experience essential revaluation in the period of perebudovy scientists were trying to study the main tendencies of development of social life in the USSR. Communist Party leaders didn’t refused from conception of “creation of new social community – the Soviet people”. That is why scientific objectivity was subordinated to political expediency. Mistaken practice in international relations in fact justified itself by new “arguments”. |
