Інформаційно-психологічний супровід педагога в умовах неперервної освіти

Abstract

Анотація. Важливою умовою гармонійного розвитку особистості педагога є якісно побудована, ефек- тивна та результативна система психологічного супроводу освітнього процесу. Але на початку третього тися- чоліття у глобалізованому світі, який називають інформаційним проривом, що поступово змінює наше буття, вносячи акценти у світогляд, спосіб мислення, цінності, потреби, постає питання не тільки психологічного, але й інформаційно-психологічного супроводу. Результатом супроводу є розвиток ІТ-грамотного, здатного до рефлексії професійної діяльності, вмотивованого педагога 21 століття, який не розгубиться при взаємодії з дітьми Альфа-покоління, які живуть в інформаційному, динамічному, емоційно-напруженому середовищі, покоління Google babies. Метою статті є створення структурно-функціональної моделі системи інформацій- но-психологічного супроводу педагога в умовах неперервної освіти. Учитель, вихователь, керівник закладу освіти потребують здійснення інформаційно-психологічного супроводу з боку викладачів тих інституцій, де проходить їхній професійний розвиток, оскільки в сучасному інформатизованому світі дуже складно зорієн- туватися у необмеженій кількості джерел, які можна використати під час освітнього процесу. З цією метою нами було проведено вивчення можливостей для створення системи інформаційно-психологічного супрово- ду педагога з використанням аналізу досліджень та практичної діяльності з організації дистанційного навчан- ня на базі Закарпатського інституту післядипломної педагогічної освіти. У результаті дослідження нами було визначено мету, завдання і функції інформаційно-психологічного супроводу педагога і розроблено алгоритм реалізації моделі системи інформаційно-психологічного супроводу з метою розвитку ключових компетент- ностей педагога в умовах неперервної освіти. Abstract. An important condition for the harmonious development of teacher’s personality is a well-built, effective and efficient system of psychological support of the educational process in the conditions of continuous education has been elaborated. But at the beginning of the third millennium in the globalized world which is called the information breakthrough and is gradually changing our lives, emphasizing the worldview, way of thinking, values and needs, there is a question of not only psychological but also that of informational and psychological support. The result of the support is the development of an IT-literate, professionally reflective, motivated educator of the 21st century, who will not get lost in the interaction with children of Alpha generation, living in informational, dynamic, emotionally strained environment, the generation of Google babies. Teachers, educators, heads of educational institution are of need for information-psychological support from instructors of institutions where their professional development takes place, for in today's informatized world it is very difficult to orient oneself in the unlimited number of sources that can be used during the educational process. The purpose of the article is to set up a structuralfunctional model of the system of information-psychological support of a pedagogue in the conditions of continuous education. We studied the possibilities for the model development using the analysis of questionnaire performed by the State Service for Education Quality and practical activities of Transcarpathian Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education directed on the organization of distance learning. As the result of research, the aim, tasks and functions of information-psychological support of a teacher have been defined and realization algorithm for the model of information-psychological support system with the purpose of development of teacher's key competences in the conditions of continuous education have been elaborated.
