Регіональні аспекти формування інфраструктури аграрного ринку і сфери туризму

Abstract

У статті розглянуто вагомість інфраструктурної складової забезпечен ня сільського розвитку. Охарактеризовано багатокомпонентність територій сільської місцевості, яка забезпечує соціально-економічні передумови виробни цтва та життєдіяльності, охоплює виробничу і невиробничу (соціальну) сфери, які в результаті здійснюють позитивний, або ж негативний вплив на їх розви ток. Наголошено на тому, що об’єкти соціальної інфраструктури є невід’єм ною складовою формування та побудови соціального добробуту та благополуч чя сільських мешканців, створюючи комфортність їх життєвого середовища, формуючи його привабливість і престижність. Обґрунтовано вагому роль інф раструктурного забезпечення пріоритетних сфер регіонального розвитку, зо крема аграрної й туристичної у функціонуванні сільських територій у цілому. Обґрунтовано необхідність активізації й підтримки з боку владних структур сфери аграрного ринку як на регіональному, так і на державному рівнях. Акцен товано увагу на тому, що нині в складних і непередбачуваних умовах господарю вання гостро постає потреба продовольчого забезпечення країни та її регіонів. Окреслено сприятливі передумови для розвитку сфери туризму й рекреації в регіоні з наявним природно-рекреаційним і курортним потенціалом, вигід ним геополітичним розташуванням, зокрема межуванням з чотирма країна ми-членами Євросоюзу, переважанням помірно-континентального клімату, різноманітного рельєфу, передусім гірських ландшафтних територій, природ них та рекреаційно-оздоровчих об’єктів, наявністю історико-архітектурних пам’яток, етнокультурних особливостей сільських територій. Визначено, що основним призначенням туристичної інфраструктури є надання рекреацій них послуг з метою задоволення потреб споживачів зазначеного продукту.

The article highlights the importance of the infrastructural component of ensur ing the development of agriculture, including rural areas, which is characterized by its multi-component nature, providing the socio-economic prerequisites for the production and livelihood of the rural areas, covering the production and non-production (social) spheres, which together make a positive, or the same inhibitory effect on their develop ment. It is emphasized that the objects of social infrastructure are an integral component of the formation and construction of social well-being, the well-being of rural residents, outlining the comfort of their living environment, shaping its attractiveness and prestige. The important role of infrastructural support of priority areas of regional development, in particular agricultural and touristic in the functioning of rural areas, is substantiated. The need for activation and support from the side of the power structures in the field of the agrarian market at both the regional and state levels was noted. Attention is focused on the fact that nowadays, in difficult and unpredictable economic conditions, there is an acute need for food supply of the country and its regions. The favorable prerequisites for the development of tourism and recreation in the region with the existing natural recreational and resort potential, the advantage of the geopolitical location of the region, in particular the border with four EU member states, the predominance of a temperate continental climate, a variety of terrain, primarily mountainous landscape areas, natural and recreational and health facilities, the presence of historical and architectural monu ments, ethno-cultural features of rural areas. It was determined that the main purpose of the tourist and recreational infrastructure is to provide tourist and recreational services in order to meet the needs of consumers of the specified product.
