| Abstract: | Author proves that the New period of history is marked by the appearance of the French activists, which substantiated the sence of the new political subject- the rationalist and the striving activist. This giant step ,which was made by Monteskie, Russo, Sies, Tokvil, Sen-Simon, Prudon, Lafarg, produced such terms as the “person”, “political freedom” and symbolized them in the different samples of the political system. |
