Педагогічні умови формування сучасного вчителя фізичної Культури: диференційований підхід у підготовці

Abstract

Анотація. Сучасна українська школа стоїть на шляху викликів щодо організації процесу диференційованого навчання на уроках фізичної культури. Статті розкрито основи диференційованого підходу до процесу організації та проведення освітнього процесу у ЗВО. Метою статті є розкрити педагогічні умо- ви та диференційований підхід до підготовки майбутнього вчителя фізичної культури. Методи дослідження – теоретичні: аналіз, синтез та узагальнення науково-методичної літератури; емпіричні: спостереження, педагогічна практика, прогнозування. Визначено, що диференціація має важливе значення для фізичного ви- ховання учнів. Встановлено, що знання диференціації дітей за віком, статтю, морфологічними, фізіологічними особливостями, психологічними та фізичними рівнями підготовки мають формуватися під час підготовки фахівців у освітніх закладах. Розкрито, умови організації освітнього процесу майбутніх фахівців з фізичної культури у ЗВО. Показано, що підготовка майбутнього фахівця з фізичної культури залежить від компонентів освітньо-професійної програми, які за допомогою методологічних підходів поглиблюють якість формуван- ня компетентностей. Визначено, що завдяки створеним педагогічним умовам можна прогнозувати позитив- ний і реалістичний результат роботи майбутнього вчителя. Розроблено педагогічні умови з використанням диференційованого підходу у підготовці фахівців з фізичної культури і спорту: а саме теоретико-методичні основи формування основного і вибіркового компонентів освітньо-професійної програми, методологічна ос- нова викладання фахових дисциплін, процесуально-практичне засвоєння знань студентів в процесі навчан- ня. Диференційований підхід має провідну траєкторію у підготовці майбутніх фахівців з фізичної культури. Педагогічні умови формують професійну майстерність і готовність студента до розв’язання завдань фізичної культури та спорту. Abstract. The modern Ukrainian school is facing challenges in organizing the process of diff erentiated learning in physical education lessons. The purpose of the article is to reveal pedagogical conditions and a diff erentiated approach to training a future physical culture teacher. Research methods applied: analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientifi c and methodical literature. Diff erentiation is important for physical education and sports. Diff erentiation of children by age, gender, morphological, physiological characteristics, psychological and physical levels of training helps to plan and organize the process of physical education in educational institutions. The conditions of organization of the educational process of future specialists in physical culture in higher education institutions are revealed. The training of future specialists in physical culture depends on the components of the educational and professional program that aff ect the quality of training. Due to the created pedagogical conditions it is possible to predict a positive and realistic result of the future teacher's work. The pedagogical conditions for the use of a diff erentiated approach in the training of specialists in physical culture and sports have been developed: namely, the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of the main and selective components of the educational and professional program, the methodological basis for teaching professional disciplines, the procedural and practical assimilation of students’ knowledge in the learning process. It should be noted that the formation of eff ective pedagogical conditions in the educational process in higher education institutions will help to implement a set of organizational and pedagogical measures that will improve the quality of physical education lessons in general secondary education institutions. A diff erentiated approach in the training of future specialists in physical culture reveals and forms the professional skills and readiness of the student to solve the tasks.
