Залучення підлітків до комерційного сексу як соціальна проблема

Abstract

Анотація. Метою статті є визначення понять «проституція», «комерційний секс» та окреслення питан- ня залучення підлітків до комерційного сексу як соціальної проблеми. Методи дослідження, використані у процесі написання статті, передбачають застосування загальнонаукових та емпіричних прийомів соціально- педагогічної і соціальної науки, що ґрунтуються на системному підході. Крім цього, у процесі роботи за- стосовувались такі загальні методи досліджень, як узагальнення та порівняння. Охарактеризовано факто- ри та чинники через, які підлітки можуть бути залученими до комерційного сексу. Означено, що підліткова проституція (експлуатація підлітків в проституції) є формою комерційної сексуальної експлуатації підлітків, яка порушує їх основоположні права на життя, свободу, статеву недоторканість та інші. Охарактеризовано наслідки залучення підлітків до комерційного сексу. Проаналізовано та представлено результати соціологіч- них досліджень про поширеність комерційних сексуальних відносин серед осіб підліткового віку. Зазначено, що явище залучення підлітків до комерційного сексу має негативні взаємоповʼязані соціальні, психологічні, медичні і правові наслідки. Окреслено особливості залучення підлітків до комерційного сексу. Доведено, що вагомою проблемою залучення підлітків до комерційного сексу виступає руйнування міжстатевих стосунків. Abstract. The purpose of the article is to defi ne the concepts of «prostitution», «commercial sex» and outline the issue of the involvement of teenagers in commercial sex as a social problem. Research methods involve the use of general scientifi c and empirical methods of socio-pedagogical and social science based on a systemic approach. In addition, general research methods such as generalization and comparison were used in the process of work. The factors through which teenagers can be involved in commercial sex are characterized. It was determined that adolescent prostitution (exploitation of adolescents in prostitution) is a form of commercial sexual exploitation of adolescents, which violates their fundamental rights to life, freedom, sexual integrity, and others. The consequences of teenagers' involvement in commercial sex are characterized. The results of sociological studies on the prevalence of commercial sexual relations among adolescents are analyzed and presented. It is noted that the phenomenon of teenagers engaging in commercial sex has negative interrelated social, psychological, medical and legal consequences. Features of teenagers' involvement in commercial sex are outlined. It has been proven that the destruction of intersex relations is a signifi cant problem of attracting teenagers to commercial sex. It is noted that with the development of technology, a new form of commercial sexual exploitation of children has appeared − commercial cybersex or exchange of photos and video clips, erotic conversations in exchange for money or other incentives. It was determined that minors involved in commercial sex do not want to get an education, a profession, or improve their personal development. The reasons for attracting teenagers to commercial sex are summarized. It was determined that the sexual exploitation of children poses a signifi cant threat to society, and international and national legislation is obliged to protect them from all forms of sexual violence and depravity.
