Досвід підготовки соціальних працівників в умовах змішаного Навчання

Abstract

Анотація. Стаття присвячена проблемі використання змішаної форми навчання в процесі підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників, які навчаються в магістратурі. Дана форма навчання реалізована засо- бами навчального середовища Classroom. Представлено практичний досвід з реалізації змішаного навчання на заняттях з курсу «Інноваційні методики соціальної роботи», розробленого для магістрів – майбутніх мене- джерів соціальної сфери. Актуальність дослідження набуває особливого значення в критичних ситуаціях, які виникли в нашій країні у зв’язку з карантинними обмеженнями та воєнним станом. У статті розглядаються можливості застосування комп’ютерних технологій у навчальному процесі паралельно з традиційною фор- мою навчання. Розглянуті переваги та недоліки змішаної форми навчання. Мета статті – представити прак- тичний досвід реалізації змішаного навчання на заняттях при підготовці майбутніх соціальних працівників з урахуванням його переваг. Для досягнення мети використано такі методи дослідження: аналіз, структуру- вання, синтез, систематизація, порівняння та узагальнення базових теоретичних понять наукової літератури з проблем дослідження. Інноваційним результатом впровадження в начальний процес змішаної форми на- вчання стає формування нової моделі організації навчання, що вимагає повного перегляду змісту та методики навчання. Abstract. The article is devoted to the problems of using a blended training scheme in the process of training future social workers studying for a master degree. The article analyzes the views of domestic and foreign scientists regarding blended training. This form of training is implemented for use in the Classroom. Practical experience in the implementation of mixed learning in classes from the course «Innovative methods of social work», developed for masters ‒ future managers of the social sphere, is presented. The urgency of the problem under consideration becomes especially important in critical situations that have arisen in our country in connection with quarantine restrictions and martial law. The article considers the possibilities of using computer technologies in the educational process in parallel with the traditional form of education. Advantages and disadvantages of a mixed form of education are considered. The purpose of the article is to present the practical experience of implementing blended learning in classes in the training of future social workers, taking into account its advantages. To achieve the goal, such research methods as analysis, structuring, synthesis, systematization, comparison and generalization of basic theoretical concepts of scientifi c literature on research problems are used. We also apllied observation of the pedagogical process, pedagogical experiment, survey and mathematical processing of research results. The innovative result of the introduction of a mixed form of education into the initial process is the formation of a new model of the organization of education, which requires a complete revision of the content and methodology of education.
