| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена визначенню поняття та сутності незалежності прокурора при здійсненні ним процесуального керівництва досудовим розслідуванням. Проаналізовано погляди вчених на поняття незалежності прокурора та її окремих складових. Автор доходить висновку, що незалежність прокурора в межах дії кримінальних процесуальних норм можливо умовно поділити на зовнішню та внутрішню. Ключові слова: прокурор, процесуальний керівник, досудове розслідування, кримінальне провадження, незалежність. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the definition and scope of the independence of the prosecutor in the exercise of procedural manuals pre-trial investigation. The views of scientists on the concept of «independence of the prosecutor» and its individual components. The author concludes that the independence of the prosecutor in the limits of the criminal procedural rules can be divided into external and internal. Key words: attorney, head of procedure, pre-trial investigation, criminal proceedings and independence. |
