Abstract

The scientific principles of hydromineral resources use are given in details in conditioпs of transformation in economy, including principle of optimal standards of mineral waters deposits utilization. The effectiveness of application of economic levers and their influence on the state of utilization and protection of mineral waters deposits have been analysed. То characterize optimal correlation between utilization and reproduction of hydromineral resources quantitative characteristics are used (effectiveness of mineral waters deposits reserves use, coefficient of pore utilization, coefficient of losses in deposits exploitation, cost of the deposit). Cost of the mineral water deposit is determined as capitalized income from the deposit exploitation. The specific character of mineral waters market is detected and its influence on the differential rent.
