Abstract

In the context of natural resources economic evaluation only isolated resources and objects of nature use are determined. General principles for calculation of payments normatives for recreational resources are presented, among them payments for the right to utilize them in а form of rest. Main conceptual statements of paid nature use mechanisms are based on different forms of property rights towards natural resources, rent approach in their economic evaluation and existing regularities of marketiпg in conditions of commodity-moneys relations. · The comparative characteristic of hydromineral resources of Transcarpathia and Ivano-Frankovsk region is given from the point of view of paiments values for the utilization and payments for reproduction and protection.
