Abstract:	Investigations have been performed in 11О patients with bronchial asthma and obstructive bronchitis, among them 59 had associated diseases of gastroduodenal zone. Certain changes were found in the hormonal homeostasis, concerning levels of Т3, Т4, ТТН, Ins, C-peptide. The best effect of the hormonal disbalance was revealed in а group of patients with the complex course of speleotherapy and Kelechinska mineral water intake.
