| Abstract: | The results of esophagogastroduodenoscopy in 60 adults from 17 to 58 years old with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension before and after surgical decompressive shunting were analysed. Complications from the side of the upper gastrointestinal tract were studied in З groups of patients. It has been shown that the decompressive surgical interventions in patients with portal hypertension don't lead to full liquidation of all complications from the side of upper digestive tract in the largest part of cases. |
