Історико–правовий аналіз перевезень вантажів у прямому змішаному сполученні

Abstract

Автор даної статті намагається дослідити суспільні відносини, які існують у прямому змішаному сполученні в Україні з початку їх виникнення до наших часів, та надати історико-правовий аналіз перевезення вантажів у прямому змішаному сполученні. В статті також розкрито історію розвитку механізму законодавчого регулювання перевезення вантажів.

The author of the dannoy article tries to probe, public relations which exist in the direct mixed connection іn Ukraine from the beginning of their starting to our times, and to give the historical-legal analysis of transportation of loads in the direct mixed connection. History of development of mechanism of the legislative adjusting of transportation loads is also exposed in the article.
