| Abstract: | Embolization of splenic artery leads to reduction of increased splenic arterial flow to а half. The reduction of portal pressure is 20%. Normalization of leukocyte number and raised thrombocytes number are observed after endovascular embolization of splenic artery. Embolization eliminates clinical signs of secondary hypersplenism and leads to decrease of spleen axis. |
