Abstract

In present study the data оn analysis of а percutaneous transhepatic selective catheterization of the left gastric vein, anatomical topography of the left gastric vein, its involvement in а donation of the variceally expanded veins of an esophagus and stomach are shown. Оn 32 corpses the portography was executed. It was detected, that in portal hypertension the vessels of portal system are considerably expanded (portal, splenic, left gastric vеіп), an angle and рІасе of а lockin of the left gastric vein in portal and splenic vein hardly vary. The purpose of study was the definition of anatomical accommodation and angle of lockin of the left gastric vein · significance for surgical treatment of а portal hypertension, and also it's involvement іn а donation to the variceally expanded veins of an esophagus and stomach.
