| Abstract: | The results of 31 emergency disconnecting operations at acute bleedings from variceally expanded veins of an esophagus іn patients with liver cirrhosis are presented . Applying the new method of fulfillment of Patziora's operation in our modification allowed to lower an early postoperative lethality: in patients with subcompensated cirrhosis of а liver up to 16.6 %, and with decompensated -up to 61.5 %. |
