Abstract:	Usage of preoperative intra-arterial prolonged selective polychemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer leads to significant reduction of tumor and forms lосаl conditions for ablastics in case of surgical intervention, which makes operative procedure easier and decreases the risk of tumor dissemination, and in perspective -recurrent tumor and its' dissemination. Postoperative prolonged intra-portal polychemotherapy leads to improvement of surgical treatment results and prevents early liver metastases.
