Хірургічне лікування рецидивних кровотеч при повній оклюзії системи ворітної вени

Abstract

In present study the new way of treatment of prehepatic form of а portal hypertension, due to full occlusion of а system of а portal vein, is described. The authors pointed out the impossibility of shunting operations execution in this case. Esophagogastrectomy, transsection of an esophagus and cardioesophageal devascularisation are the only capabilities of management and preventing of bleedings in the given clinical situation. Authors offer to fulfill hardware transsection of an esophagus and operation of devascularisation of cardioesophageal transition and large curvature of а stomach in its left edge. А small amount of observations - 3 patients - make any conclusions anticipatory. However authors did not observed perioperative lethality and varicose phlebectasia of an esophagus relapses.
