Особливості діагностичної та лікувальної ендоскопії у хворих з кровотечами з варикозно розширених вен стравоходу

Abstract

Authors have presented results of inspection and treatment of 140 patients with bleedings from esophageal varicies. At the endoscopic inspection the active bleeding is observed at 58% of patients, at 35% had the serious degree of а hemorrhage, the phenomenon of а hemorrhagic shock in 28% is marked. lt is necessary to рау attention that in 22% of cases attributes of а bleeding from the second, not varicose source are taped, and in 13% varicies of an esophagus and а stomach take рІасе simultaneously. Last circumstance has extremely an adverse effect on а clinical picture: at the given category of patients the serious hemorrhage is present іn 78%, the phenomena of а shock - in 61% of cases. АІІ this demands obligatory application of endoscopic hemostasis simultaneously оn аІІ possible bleeding points. Concerning an active bleeding - maximal (up to 100%) efficiency at the minimal complications measures of а mechanical hemostasis have ( cliping, ligation), but they do not prevent reccurency. Combined sclerotherapy is а method which optimum unites efficiency, prophylaxis of reccurency and varicies eradication.
