| Abstract: | In the article the results of the use of basic trends in treatment of noncomplicated thoracolumbar spine fractures of II-ІІІ gr. Ву lowinvasive methods with the use of ceramic hydroxylapatite granules are presented. 47 surgical interventions were made and the method of therapy was worked out. The results of 1-2 year's treatment were studied. For 37 patients the results were good, for 8 - satisfactory. The low- invasive therapy is а simple and cheap method of treatment. |
