| Abstract: | The article deals with epidemiology and diagnostics of medicinal and viral chronic hepatitis and cases of hepatitis in liquidators of after-effects on the Chomobyl Atomic Station. Multifaceted changes of content of blood DNA's, PNA's and bіІе nucleinic acides were detected. It is demonstrated in article that the content of bіІе nucleinic acides is peculiar marker of intrahepatic cholestasis in patients with chronic medicinal hepatitis. |
