| Abstract: | The investigations of patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis revealed quantitative and qualitative changes in Т- and B-lymphocytes, phagocytes, NST-test, humoral factors of immunity, development of autoimmune processes, increasing the amount of cells, which express the markers of initial activation, dysbalance of immunoregulative cells. The severity of these changes in main depended on the severity and activity of inflammation process. The course of microclimatotherapy promotes complete or partial normalization of revealed immunological changes at patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis. |
