Abstract:	У статті представлено модель ономасіологічних категорій віддієслівних прикметників та словотвірних типів, які наявні в межах окремих категорій у словацькій та польській мовах. Якщо порівнювати з ономасіологічними категоріями, які відомі у словацькій лінгвістичній лі- тературі, у статті йдеться про відмінну модель із словотвірними типами, які були визначені на основі корпусного та лексикографічного досліджен- ня. Представлена модель, яка є спільною для словацької та польської мов, може бути вихідним пунктом для порівняння, предметом якого є словотвірні засоби. Ключові слова: словотвір, віддієслівний прикметник, словацька мова, польська мова, зіставлення.
Description:	In the study we look at Slovak and Polish deverbative adjectives which are termed as unpredisposing adjectives. From among the derivation processes it is especially suffi xation which is used in their formation; the differences between Slovak and Polish can be seen in the number of word-formation types applied within particular onomasiological categories, in the repertoire or the types of suffi xes as well as in their distribution. A comparison of the types of suffi xes in unpredisposing adjectives indicates that Polish language uses -cz-owy and -k-owy type of suffi x. The entire repertoire of unpredisposing adjectives contains only 7 formally identical suffi xes, which are often differentiated by their distribution.
