Формування вербальних та невербальних засобів спілкування у майбутніх педагогів

Abstract

У статті розкрито шляхи формування вербальних і невербальних засобів спілкування у майбутніх учителів фізичної культури для роботи в закладах загальної середньої освіти, у тому числі з класами інклюзивного навчання. Зазначено, що в умовах воєнного стану набуває особливостей психологічний супровід всіх учасників освітнього процесу. У зв’язку з цим пропонується вчителям початкових класів, практичним психологам, соціальним педагогам (в закладах освіти, де вони є), проводити мотиваційні п’ятихвилинні «ранкові зустрічі», у тому числі психологічні хвилинки для учнів усіх вікових категорій (залежно від форми навчання онлайн чи в реальному часі). З’ясовано, що дистанційне навчання вимагає нових підходів у побудові процесу спілкування між суб’єктами освітнього процесу. Вагомого значення надається належному рівню міжособистісної комунікації, володінню культурою мовлення, застосуванню вербальних та невербальних засобів спілкування, враховуючи й специфіку роботи з учнями з особливими освітніми потребами. Проаналізовано наукові розвідки з означеної проблеми, опрацьовано довідкову літературу, встановлено, що вербальне спілкування – процес передавання інформації за допомогою мови; невербальне спілкування розглядається, як процес передавання інформації з використанням різних немовних знакових систем (міміки, жестів). У процесі професійної діяльності визначено шляхи формування вербальних і невербальних засобів спілкування майбутніх фахівців. Зосереджено увагу на тому, що формування у студентів культури усного професійного спілкування починається із взірця мовлення науково-педагогічного працівника у процесі проведення лекційно-практичних занять. Серед прийомів формування культури спілкування виокремлено такі, як: візуалізація окремих фрагментів уроку фізичної культури у закладі загальної середньої освіти, педагогічні мовленнєві диктанти, комунікативні тренінги, «навчання в русі» за методикою О.Дубогай, аналіз педагогічних ситуацій. Зазначено, що випускник-педагог по завершенню навчання є справжнім професіоналом своєї справи, що на належному рівні володіє комунікативною компетентністю.

The article reveals the ways of formation of verbal and non-verbal means of communication of future physical education teachers who are to work in general secondary education institutions, including inclusive education classes. It is noted that under the conditions of martial law the psychological support of all participants of the educational process acquires special features. In this regard, it is suggested that primary school teachers, practical psychologists, social educators (in educational institutions, where they exist), hold motivational five-minute "morning meetings", including psychological minutes for students of all ages (depending on the form whether it is learning online or in real time). It was found out that distance learning requires new approaches in building the process of communication between the subjects of the educational process. Significant importance is attached to the proper level of interpersonal communication, mastery of speech culture, and the usage of verbal and non-verbal means of communication, taking into account the specifics of working with students with special educational needs. The scientific researches on the specified problem were analyzed, the reference literature was studied, it was also established that verbal communication is the process of transfer of the information by means of language; non-verbal communication is seen as a process of transmitting information using various non-verbal sign systems (facial expressions, gestures). In the process of professional activity the ways of formation of verbal and non-verbal means of communication of future specialists were determined. Attention is focused on the fact that the formation of students' culture of oral professional communication begins with the pattern of speech of the researcher in the process of conducting lectures and practical classes. Among the methods of forming communication culture are: visualization of individual fragments of physical education lessons in general secondary education, pedagogical speech dictations, communicative trainings, "learning in motion" according to O. Dubogai, and analysis of pedagogical situations. It is noted that the graduate teacher is a true professional in his field and has the appropriate level of communicative competence.
