Комплексна терапія затяжного перебігу пневмоній з використанням вітчизняного препарату ербісол

Abstract

The dynamics of immunoglobulins levels of A,M,G classes was studied in 142 patients with lingering pneumonia. 52 patients had а bilateral process, 90 patients had an unilateral one. The process was more often localized in the 2-nd, 6-th and 10-th segments. The control group consisted of 28 practically healthy persons. The investigation was conducted both before and after the treatment using the basic schemes of therapy as well as using those in the combination with erbisol blood serum was the material for the axamination. The content of IgA, lgM, IgG and slgA in the blood serum was determined bу the radial immune diffusion method according to Manchini. It was established that during the long-term course of resorption of the lung inflammatory infiltration, the expressed deficiency of IgA, IgG and IgM was found in the blood serum as well as partial deficiency of sig А оn the backgroud close to the concentration of the IgA. The intravenous administration of erbisol promotes the more expressed normalization of the revealed improvements in the humoral link of the immunity during the prolonged course of pneumonia.
