| Abstract: | Is conducted biotyping enterotoxigenic of the strains Staphylococci, chosen from various sources. Among coagulate negative of cultures majority enterotoxigenic Staphylococci 68.3 % concerned to а kind Staphylococcus epidermidis-, while other kinds made а minor part of cultures (Staphylococcus saprophyticus 2,6 %, Staphylococcus warneri 1,2 %, Staphylococcus sciuri 1,8 %, Staphylococcus xylosus 3,2 % Staphylococcus cohnii 1,7 %). А part of cultures (22,1 %), chosen in main of articles of food to identify it was not possible. The analysis of specific structure coagulase positive of the representatives of а kind Staphylococcus because of biotypings has allowed certify presence Staphylococcus intermedius in 12,6 %, Staphylococcus hyicus 2,2 % of the strains. |
