Метаболічний X-синдром: актуальність, перспективи профілактики, діагностики та лікування

Abstract

Cardio-vascular diseases and their complications (myocardial infarction, cerebral insult) rank high among the causes of diseases and mortality. In many cases they are the results of «Metabolic-X-syndrome» і. е. the violation of carbohydrate metabolism, which is the result of insulin resistance and compensatory hyperinsulinemia. They lead to atherogenic dyslipoproteidemia, hypertension, hypercoagulation and endothelial dysfunction with early arteriosclerosis and its complications. This shows that preventive measures of prophylaxis, early diagnostics and treatment of «Metabolic X-syndrome» should bе taken. This needs elaboration of prophylactic measures, early diagnostics and treatment of «Metabolic X-syndrome».
