Дослідження дебітів уроамілази у практично здорових дітей

Abstract

For the reason of the development of age normative of debits of a-uroamylase on empty stomach 106 practically healthy children, from З to 14 years old were selected and examined, 52 girls and 54 boys. Debit of a-uroamylase was calculated bу of deteпnination of the a-uroamylase activity in matutinal portions of urine bу the method of Wolgemuth in 30 minutes of the urine volume. The following results were received: debits of a-uroarnylase on empty stomach in З - 6 years old group - 158,67+16,74 mglhxml; in 7 - 11 years old group - 217,16+16,18 mglhxml; and in 12 - 14 years old group • 250,39+22,82 mg/hxml, which shows that they are less in comparison with those of adults correspondingly. Girls' debits of a-uroamylase on empty stomach are authentic lower, then that of the boys on аІІ age groups. Thereby, for the first time the results of examination of healthy children are bу means of the specified method, which is more sensitive, than at the deteпnination of a-uroamylase activity alone. Data gained can bе used as normative age factors, and enable а broad using а given strategy for revealing а pathological changing of pancreas of children
