Ультразвукова ендартеректомія - один із методів відновлення магістрального кровотоку при атеросклеротичному ураженні артерій стегново-підколінного сегменту

Abstract

In the article the remote results of а surgical treatment of 560 patients with atherosclerotic affection of arteries of а thigh-popliteal segment for whom 608 surgical operations were carried out are analized. In ІОІ cases the main blood flow is resumed due to the use of the ultrasonic endarterectomy method. Taking into account the results obtained for 5 years (62% of the saved extremities) as well as the possibility of the repeated utilization of а Iarge subcutaneous vein this method is worthy of being widely adopted and introduced into а practical angiosurgery.
