| Abstract: | It was established that the index of the concentration of the neutral red in the brain tissue decreased in condition of elimination of the acute stage of the vasogenic brain oedema-swelling, but it had а high level (344.5 ±20.7 μg/g after elimination and 504.2 ± 19.7 μg/g after modeling of the acute stage of the vasogenic oedema-swelling, in dogs which were operated without experiment the index composed 92.6 ±6.57 μg/g). А high concentration index was connected with primary disturbances of the hematoencephalic barrieг in condition of developmeпt of the acute stage of the vasogenic brain oedemaswelling. |
