Abstract:	The prophylactic examinations of the 3-7- aged children every year discovers in Uzhgorod 22% children with ocular pathology, among which there are advantage distributions of refractions, ambliopy, strabizm. These children may receive treatment in special groups of nursery schools. 3 special groups are in Uzhgorod, each of them has 12-14 children from 3 to 6 years, period of observation was from 1 to 3 years.The complex of pleopto-ortoptic treatment promoted to rise of ocular acuity to 1,0 in 47 children (60%). Amblyopy of high degree remained in 2,6% patients (30% was before treatment). Strabism remained in 12 patients (22%, instead of 59% before treatment). Restoration of binocular eyesight achieved in 77% patients.
