| Abstract: | The level of Hp-infection in patients with perforative pyloroduodenal ulcer achieves 82,5% according to the citological method and 86,0% according to the rapid urease test. The presentation of the Hp-infection in patients with perforative pyloroduodenal ulcer is one of the dominant risk factors of reccurrence of ulcer disease and its complicatioirs: The eradication of Hp-infection is one of the necessary conditions of prophylaxis of necessary conditions of the complicated ulcer disease and improvement of remote results of urgent surgical operation |
