| Abstract: | In the article brief analysis and approach to treatment of penetrating fractures of the waist bodies are presented. The results of management of 8 patients with the use of hydroxylapatite ceramics are shown and the analysis of the treatment is presented. Our first experience of clinical application of hydroxylapatite ceramics in case of penatrating fracture of the waist portion of the vertebral column shows interesting possibilities of this plastic material for the realization of the technology of treatment of such injuries. |
