| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Ву means of а morphometric studies on histological preparations the changes in diameteг of the arterioles, capillaries, venules in а crown and light center of lymphoid nods, cortical plateau, paracortical zone and cerebral bands of left and contrlateral right popliteal lymph nodes of dogs in dynamics up to one month after 6, 24 hours; 3,7, 14 days and 1 month after antigen stimulation with BCG-vaccine was investigated. The diameter of the arterioles, capillaries, venules both in а regionar and and contrlateral popliteal lytnph nodes undergo phasic changes. Three days after the action of antigeп the diameter of the arterioles and venules decreases 1.5 - 1.6 times and theп increases 1.5 times in comparison with control with а maximum оn the 7-14 day. After а month the diameter of the vessels of а haemomicrocirculatory bed normalizes. The diameter of the capillaries in this period ranges between 6.56± 0.16 - 7.60±0.09 mkm. |
