Вплив адаптації та фізичних навантажень на структурні зміни в довгих трубчастих кістках при гіпокінезії

Abstract

In experiment on 184 white male rats the structural changes in the long bones at hypokinesia of animals and the influence of adaptation and physical training on these processes was studied. It was found that in animals in conditions of hypokinesia, adapted to moderate physical loading the destruvtive processes in bones are less pronounced than in case of а "pure" hypokinesia; in animals under· hypokinesia conditions with the subsequent physical loading substantial violations in the structure and growth of the bones was found.
