| Abstract: | The clinical analysis of distinctive features of CMVI course in 50 women at various pregnancy terms as well as in 45 newborn from these mothers has been carried out. The results obtained suggest that in 56% it was а latent-chronic infection/ in 50% of observations CMVI had а course in form of upper respiratory tract infection syndrome. The high degree of obstetric and perinatal risk points out the necessity of improving the generally accepted treatment-and-prophylactic measures. |
