| Abstract: | The clinical course of pregnancy, Iabor, puerperal, neonatal periods in 90 women with various hypertensive disease and vegetovascular dystonia of hypertensive type. The results obtained suggest that these women form а group of high risk in respect of the development of obstetric and perinatal pathology. Hypertensive disease and vegetovascular dystonia of hypertensive type are the most unfavourable variant. It requires the working out of specific treatment-and-prophylactic measures for them. |
