Abstract

In this work the data of biochemical research of the processes of lipids' peroxide oxidation and antioxidized system and rheoophtalmological investigation of 101 pregnant women with emmetropia and myopia of different extent are cited. Тhе investigation was carried out in the І , ІІ .lII terms of pregnancy. The determinating data of the concentration of the intermediate products of the lipids' peroxide oxidation in plasma testity about making more active of the system of the lipids' peroxide oxidation beginning with the ІІ ,term of pregnancy and till the end of pregnancy. Taking into consideration the fact that the intermediate products of the lipids' peroxide oxidation influence оn the haemodynamics condition, the rheoophtalmological investigation of this contingent ofwomen was carried out. The analysis of the rheograms showed considerable changes which the vascular system ofthe еуе was undergone when the woman being pregnant. When the term of pregnancy of the women with emmetropia and myopia increases, the temporal characteristics are increased in propotion as well and the quantative indices are reduced. When the extent of myopia is increased, strongly pronounced changes of these indices happen. Thus the changes of the processes of the lipids' peroxide oxidation and the antioxidized system influence оn haemodynamics condition of the еуе and the are the predictor of myopia which is grouning progressively worse.
