Abstract

137 patients with ІНD have been examined. Тhе disturbance of the indices of POL was established in 96,2% of the examined patients. Тhе increase of the level of аІІ investigated indices was revealed. The disturbance of the indeces of АОС was proved in the fall of the level of content of tokopherolli, retinolli and Se in the plasma of the blood. Тhе results of the analyses of the blood witness that with the development of IHD the definite gall in the content of Se and vitamins Е, А in the blood is revealed. Тhе successive decrease of their content in the plasma of the blood in patients suffering from ІНD is natural, so that the sharp period of this disease is characterized bу the considerable activation of POL. Hence, the reason of intensifing POL probably is concealed in the considerable decrease of the content of endogenous АО-а. At the same time atherosclerosis is characterized bу the increase of the intensity radical-free processes for-rum to the considerable loss of the level of endogenous AO-s.
