Формування валеологічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти у процесі самостійної роботи

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема формування знань про здоровий спосіб життя та форму- вання професійних умінь здійснення здоров’язберігаючої та здоров’яформуючої освітньої діяльності в умовах закладу дошкільної освіти. Ключовим поняттям є організація самостійної роботи здобу- вачів вищої освіти в процесі вивчення дисциплін валеологічного циклу. Метою статті є обґрунту- вання змісту, завдань, методів та засобів формування валеологічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти у процесі самостійної роботи. Успішне їх розв’язання залежить від готов- ності педагога до освітньої діяльності валеологічного змісту, рівня його знань, умінь та навичок. Базовими компетентностями валеологічного змісту випускників педагогічних закладів вищої освіти є здатність до формування в дітей раннього і дошкільного віку навичок здорового способу життя як основи культури здоров’я особистості та здатність до формування та зміцнення власного здоров’я. Формування валеологічної компетентності майбутнього фахівця дошкільної освіти – це комплекс тих освітніх організаційних і педагогічних заходів, які сприятимуть формуванню у здобувача вищої освіти знань валеологічного змісту, здоров’язбережувальних умінь, навичок організації та проведення освітньої діяльності валеологічного змісту в закладах дошкільної освіти та здатності проєктувати ефективні механізми охорони, збереження та зміцнення власного здоров’я та здоров’я дошкільників. Зміст завдань самостійної роботи групується відповідно до поставленої мети. Майбутній педагог вивчає особливості процесу формування власного здоров’я, його збереження та зміцнення у про- цесі діагностики індивідуальних особливостей організму, психічних та фізичних якостей. До другої групи завдань належать ті, що формують професійну складову частину валеологічної компетент- ності: засвоєння знань та умінь організації освітньої роботи валеологічного змісту в умовах закладу дошкільної освіти, навичок організації ігор, занять, навчальних вправ із дітьми, підготовки презента- цій, комплексних та інтегрованих форм освітньої роботи.

The article has considered the problem of formation of knowledge about healthy lifestyle and the formation of professional skills of health education in the conditions of preschool educational establishment. The key concept is the organization of independent work by students of higher education in the process of studying the disciplines of the valeological cycle. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the content, tasks,methods and means of formation of the valeological competence of future educators of preschool educational establishments in the process of their independent work. Their successful solution depends on the teacher’s readiness for educational activities of valeological content, the level of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities. The basic competencies of valeological content of graduates of pedagogical institutions of higher education are: the ability to form in children of early and preschool age skills of healthy lifestyle as the basis of personal health culture and the ability to form and strengthen their own health. The formation of valeological competence of the future specialist of preschool education is a complex of those educational organizational and pedagogical actions which will promote at the applicant of higher education the formation of knowledge of valeological maintenance, health-preserving skills, skills of the organization and carrying out of educational activity of valeological maintenance in preschool educational establishments and the ability to project effective mechanism of saving and strengthening of own health and health of preschoolers. The content of the tasks of independent work has been grouped according to the goal. The future teacher studies the peculiarities of the process of forming one’s own health, its preservation and strengthening in the process of diagnostics of individual features of the organism, mental and physical qualities. The second group of tasks includes those that form the professional component of valeological competence: acquisition of knowledge and skills of organizing educational work of valeological content in preschool educational establishments, skills of organizing games, classes, training exercises with children, preparing presentations, complex and integrated forms of educational work.
