| Abstract: | The article is dedicated to the problem of treatment of ruptured gastroduodenal ulcers. The ten years' expecience in treatment of 252 patients with the given pathology in surgical department of Central regional hospital of the city Vinogradiv is parsed. The age structure of patients, lethality at the different kinds of operations, also lethality depending on such risk factors as age concomitant diseases, pain shock was studied. The lethality in patients with different phases of peritonitis at ruptured ulcers is parsed. Authors draw а conclusion that the applying of а vagisection with а pyloroplasty allows to achieve the best results on the contrary to the perforation suture. |
