| Abstract: | The research is based on experience of treatment of 15437 patients, with relaparotomies (RL) for the postoperative intraabdominal bleedings (РІАВ) in 44 (0,28 %) patients. Died after the operation 4 (9,1 %) patients. For diagnostics of bleedings the integral criterion of РІАВ diagnostics of L.G.Zaverny et аl., (1992) was applied. The leading рІасе in diagnostics has ultrasonographic monitoring. At РІАВ from liver wound surface routinely used P-type hemostatic sutures are unsufficiently effective. The original procedure of а hemostasis from liver wound surface is recommended. |
