| Abstract: | Comparison of MRI and СТ data and other methods of instrumental investigations of 1056 patients suffering from supratentorial gliomas with analysis of' deep morphological researches of 77 lethal cases permited to obtain а reliable idea about cerebral hemisphere gliomas topography and spreading peculiarity. On the principles of' these analysis the authors proposed the topographic-anatomical classification which would help the neurosurgeons in practice. |
