| Abstract: | The purpose of the presented study was the analysis of liver size and analysis of parameters of portal and liver hemodynamics in patients with а liver cirrhosis complicated with а portal hypertension in accordance with the stage of hepatic failure on Child's classification. Using ultrasonic duplexscanning for analysis of portal and liver hemodynamics and the radio-isotope scan for analysis of the sizes of а liver it was established, that the volume of а Iiver perfusion depends on а size of а liver, thus the maximum depressing of а liver perfusion is detected at the liver sizes abatement. |
